Mr. Move Return and Refund Policy

At Mr. Move, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our moving services.

Service Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before the scheduled moving date without any cancellation fee.

Cancellation Charges:

  • 7+ days before the service date → Full refund.
  • 4 to 6 days before the service date → 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before the service date → No refund.

How to Cancel?

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Policy for Moving Services

A refund may be issued in the following cases:
✔ Service was not provided due to an error on our part.
✔ Significant service delays caused by Mr. Move.
✔ Damage caused to goods due to negligence by our team (after verification).

❌ Refunds will not be provided for:
🚫 Customer-initiated cancellations less than 3 days before the moving date.
🚫 Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
🚫 Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
